Research: Measuring brand perception, awareness and preference
Branding: When to consider a rebrand/repositioning strategy
Objectives: Setting goals that tie to population health vs. service line market share
Target Audiences: Defining audiences by segment: demographic, psychographic, geographic
Strategy and Tactics: PR, paid media, organic search and social
Messaging: defining clear, desirable points of value and differentiation
Measurement: Website, clinical surveying, market share data
