OSF Saint Anthony Recognized for Successful Women’s Marketing Strategies

OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center was one of three hospitals featured in an article describing successful strategies for marketing to women.  The article appeared in the July 2007 issue of Healthcare Marketing Advisor, a Health Leaders Media publication based in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

The managing editor of Healthcare Marketing Advisor contacted Marge Zimmermann, OSF Saint Anthony Marketing and Communications and editor/writer of Regarding Women & Healthcare, for a lengthy interview about strategies for marketing healthcare to women.  

In the interview, Zimmermann cited a number of successful events, programs and services that had been promoted through Regarding Women over the years, including the OSF Women’s Center, “Lose 10 Pounds in 10 Weeks,” and the annual Women’s Program.

Following the publication of the article, Zimmermann was invited to be one of three presenters for a national November “Marketing to Women” Web Seminar to be broadcast to hospitals that enroll.  The Webinar is sponsored by HCPro, Inc. and will focus on successful methods of marketing to women.
