OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center Purchases Featherstone Clinic
OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center has purchased the Featherstone Clinic, 698 Featherstone Road, Rockford. OSF Saint Anthony will begin operating the clinic, to be known as the OSF Specialty Clinic – Guilford Square, Saturday, September 1. The clinic specialty practices include otorhinolaryngology (ENT), allergy, dermatology, plastic surgery, audiology and immediate care.
"The acquisition of the Featherstone Clinic expands our specialty provider network, and gives OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center the ability to serve patients requiring specialty care in a convenient location," David Schertz, OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center CEO, noted.
Currently the clinic accepts referrals from throughout the area and clinic staff work at all three Rockford hospitals. This is expected to continue in order to best serve patients needing care.
September patient appointments will go on as scheduled. The clinic also welcomes new patients.
