Spring Conference Update: HCAHPS Session Added
Does your institution have a plan on how to handle the release of this information?
If not, plan on attending the ISHMPR Spring Conference on April 11, 2008 at either IHA office located in Naperville and Springfield. Sarah Richmond, Consultant from Press Ganey has just been added to the Spring Conference agenda. She will provide recommendations and report on how some facilities are managing the marketing and PR of the release of HCAHPS. Ms. Richmond will also address any concerns or thoughts you may have.
