TAG Healthcare Marketing Snags Multiple National Healthcare Awards

The Healthcare Marketing division of TAG Communications Inc. is the recipient of four national healthcare marketing awards for campaign work done for two prominent organizations in the Quad Cities community - Trinity Regional Health System and the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center.

"These recognitions not only demonstrate the quality services our clients offer this community, but also further distinguish TAG as the only marketing firm in the Quad Cities area to specialize in the strategic and communication needs of our community health care organizations" says Randy Jacobs, President of TAG Healthcare Marketing.

At the 28th annual Healthcare Advertising Awards, TAG HCM received a Gold Award in the category of Total PR Program for the "Just Drive" initiative coordinated at Trinity. The Blood Center was awarded with a Merit Award in the Single Radio Spot category for "Because People Gave Blood; Alisha Loy Testimonial."

The same radio spot for the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center was also awarded Gold distinction at the Aster Awards, which has been recognizing excellence in healthcare marketing for over 17 years. The second Aster Award given to TAG HCM was another Gold distinction for a TV Advertising Series. Trinity Regional Health System's "Medical Experts TV Series" was selected for this honor.

The Healthcare Advertising Awards are the most prominent awards that can be given for marketing and communication work in the healthcare arena, and TAG's two winning campaigns were chosen from over 4,000 entries.
